Delete your Hecate account

With the app, or without it.

In the app

1. Open Hecate and go to Settings.
2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
3. Tick "I understand this deletes my account and progress", then tap Delete account.

Without the app

Email hello@tryhecate.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Hecate account". If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, tell us that, and we'll work out with you which account is yours. We'll confirm when it's done, within 7 days.

What happens next

• Your account is closed straight away and you're signed out everywhere.
• After 30 days, everything is permanently erased: your account, your check-ins, your practice history, your saved cards, and your galaxy.
• If you change your mind within those 30 days, sign back in and your account is restored as it was. After that, it can't be recovered.

Your subscription

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings so you aren't charged again. Apple and Google keep their own records of your purchases.
